361 University Avenue
Rotunda 2nd floor, TLA Lawyers Lounge
Toronto, Ontario M5G 1T3

Going to court for the first time can be scary, confusing and intimidating. Familiarity with the court house – what to do and where to go, is more than half the battle.

We are pleased to announce the return of our always popular in-person Civil Court House Orientation - Articling Students/Licensing Candidates on Wednesday, August 28 from 8:15 - 10:30 a.m. To ensure that Articling Students/Licensing Candidates are better prepared, we are hosting an orientation and a tour of 4 court houses:
330 University Ave., 361 University Ave. and 393 University Ave. and Osgoode Hall.

We often hear...
  • Where do I go to file documents?
  • What court do I attend?
  • Where can I put my gown on?
  • How do I find out what room my motion will be heard in?
  • How do I reserve a consulting room for a long trial happening in the Commercial List?
The goal is to help students and newer associates become more comfortable at the court houses. Your tour guides will be experienced litigators who are familiar with the ins and outs of the court houses.
