Quicklaw Legal Research Training
Learn how to perform research efficiently and find the answers you need. We will cover:
- Accessing secondary materials (commentaries, textbooks, newsletters, etc.)
- Better searching with natural language tips and a Boolean tutorial
- Noting up case law, legislation
- Using Quantum services to determine what courts would award in a personal injury case, wrongful dismissal or what sentence would be given in a criminal case
- Forms and precedents on Practical Guidance
LexisNexis is accredited with the LSO and this session can count towards professionalism hours.
