Are you filing civil or family court documents? Now you can file online! In this demonstration, you will learn about the Justice Services Online (JSO). It is the Ministry of the Attorney General’s platform for Ontarians to file certain court documents and search for court cases online. This new platform was expanded in August 2020 increasing the number of court documents eligible to be e-filed by more than 10 times or 450 types of additional Civil and Family court documents.
The new services, “Civil Submissions Online” and “Family Submissions Online”, provide a simple and quick way to electronically submit court documents, at every step in a case, in any new or existing:
