Keeping up with recent jurisprudence from courts across Canada can be challenging. Finding the time to read the latest complex, foundational judgments out of our highest court can be even more so. This session will take you through six recent Supreme Court of Canada decisions that you should know about in a convenient one-hour session held at the end of the workday. Each case will be presented with practical takeaways so that you can easily incorporate them into your practice.
