Chloe Waind, founder and principal consultant, Novera Consulting Chloe is the founder and principal consultant of Novera Consulting. As an enthusiastic and adept people-person, Chloe brings her interpersonal skills and keen emotional intelligence to every situation. She started Novera Consulting after working as an employment lawyer, realizing she could take a more proactive approach to resolving workplace problems. Chloe formally strengthened her natural business acumen through her studies at the University of Guelph. After earning her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) and completing a management training program with a prestigious hotel chain, Chloe set her sights on a legal education. She attended the University of Ottawa where she won an international advocacy competition, ran the faculty’s Pro Bono program, and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2018. Following her Call to the Bar of Ontario, Chloe practiced in civil litigation with a focus on employment law matters. Chloe is a strong advocate, leader and mentor with a wide variety of workplace experiences to draw from in helping businesses achieve success with their workplace culture. |
