Lawyers
Practicing lawyers who are members in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. The 2026 membership fee is $225 + HST.
New Calls
Lawyers who have been called to the bar in the current calendar year. No charge for membership.
Licensing Candidates
Any individual on the path to licensing as an Ontario lawyer, as defined by the Law Society of Ontario. This includes individuals pursuing traditional articles, the Law Practice Program or NCA candidates including those enrolled in Masters of Law programs. No charge for membership.
Friends of the TLA (Non-members)
Friends are not members of the TLA but wish to keep in touch with TLA on an ongoing basis.
Friends-Professionals:
may include, but are not limited to, retired lawyers, financial professionals, paralegals or other practitioners in the legal profession.
Friends-Students:
limited to students in years 1L-3L of law school.
