Speakers
Margaret also has particular experience in privacy law, and has advised extensively on digital privacy and data governance issues that involve PIPEDA, CASL and the Freedom of Information Act.
Sahil is an associate in the Corporate Law Group where he provides counsel on data protection, data privacy, intellectual property, SaaS, and information technology law related issues. Sahil works with clients to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, advise on legal and business matters, and facilitate the negotiation and closing of commercial, business, and governmental deals and transactions.
Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Sahil served as in-house counsel for two software companies where he provided counsel on all legal matters including data privacy, data protection, IP, IT, SaaS, employment, HR, licensing, and litigation.Moderator
