She has defended insurers in claims involving complex questions of coverage and interpretation under professional liability and general liability policies. Sarah also provides coverage advice on a wide range of policies and has acted as monitoring counsel for coverage and defence issues involving actions under such policies. Other experience includes drafting and review of policy wordings including general and professional liability forms and endorsements. In addition, Sarah defends insured in claims involving property damage, bodily injury, municipal and police liability, and professional negligence.
